Kimberly Olbrich has taken her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for homes to the world of real estate, becoming the top producer five years in a row with Century 21 Citrus Realty and currently ranked #28 in the state of California. Following her company's core vision and values, Kimberly has built a reputation for outstanding service receiving pinnacle award for quality service helping buyers and sellers predominately in the San Gabriel Valley and surrounding areas of Southern California. With nearly 14 years of experience, Kimberly offers a deep sense of commitment to providing the results her clients seek whether buying and or selling their dream home. She has been awarded the only President's Award in her office 2018 and 2019 and consistently received it 2020, '21 and '22, Masters Diamond 2017, Masters Emerald 2016 and Centurion 2015. Kimberly lives in West Covina with her husband of 20 years, six dogs and six cats. When she is not selling real estate, she likes to spend time with her grandchildren, hike local trails, enjoy RV trips, Disneyland with friends and plays piano. Seller reviewI met Kimberly about 10-11 years ago in a school setting. She was a very hard worker, thoughtful, a skilled student and always striving to do better. I started following her realtor business account a few years back and really liked what I saw. She was good at what she did and her clients seemed very happy and satisfied. With all of that being said, she is honest and that comes through in every thing she does. I don't think you could get better! She put out an absolutely beautiful campaign on social media and worked hard on our Open House showings. She went above and beyond. There were times that I needed to go by the house do to issues and she offered to go by for me.
