Seller reviewMy family has used Kim 8 times in the last 6 years for various sales and purchases and she is our "go to" agent. In most cases the properties sell fast and the majority of the time above asking price. When we have purchased properties, it has been clean and efficient. Her (and James) go out of their way to help fix up properties when we sell them (often without charge!) and they get back to us right away when we have questions. We essentially would not even consider using anyone else at this point.
