Buyer reviewWorking with Kimberly Sethavanish and James Colucci to purchase our first home was an enjoyable and relatively smooth process. Both of them are friendly, approachable, and easy to work with. They were knowledgeable about our area of interest (Santa Rosa and Rohnert Park) and available to show us properties on short notice as well as answer our questions promptly via email/phone/text. They were very respectful of our budget and never once tried to push us above what we were comfortable with (even though our budget was fairly low for the area). They tended to remain pretty objective when helping us consider the pros and cons of a property. Overall, we found this to be a positive thing (they were a trusted source of information), but occasionally we wished that they would express their opinion (based on their knowledge of us as well as of the particular property) more strongly. We definitely recommend working with Kimberly and James and are thankful for how they made a complex/stressful process enjoyable and successful!

Seller reviewKimberly is a professional! She is knowledgeable, bright, a good listener. She tells it as it is. No nonsense. This was my husband and my first time selling a home. It was such a good experience and the fact that they were quoted in the WSJ, was a game changer for me to want to work with her. I will certainly recommend her, should the need arise!

Throughout the home-buying process, they were very responsive and kept us updated on new developments.
