Buyer reviewI have a close friend here in Atlantic Beach that is a top agent with REMAX and I asked her if she would find an agent in Boone for me. A charming and warm and patient personality. So easy to work with. Being unfamiliar with the local area I relied on Kim for some excellent advise. The closing took place without me and I again had to rely on Kim to do the walk thru for me and contract adjustments with repair list and inspections. She brought it all together. Could not have had a better agent!!! I would insist any of my friends work only with Kim. I had to use the fax machine in the office this week and Lisa was very helpful. Also the Broker/owner called me after my purchase to wish me warm congratulations and make sure my experience was a good one.
