Are sale was unique in that it would of sold in the first couple weeks but we were having a hard time finding a new property to move in to. Kim did a tremendous job with the sale of our house and has been more than helpful and patient in our search for a new home.

A charming and warm and patient personality. So easy to work with.
Being unfamiliar with the local area I relied on Kim for some excellent advise. The closing took place without me and I again had to rely on Kim to do the walk thru for me and contract adjustments with repair list and inspections. She brought it all together.
Could not have had a better agent!!! I would insist any of my friends work only with Kim.
I had to use the fax machine in the office this week and Lisa was very helpful. Also the Broker/owner called me after my purchase to wish me warm congratulations and make sure my experience was a good one.

I was considering 2 agents that were both referrals and after my initial few contacts with Kim it became imminently clear that she was the one I felt most comfortable with and wanted to deal with.
Not sure where to start to verbalize what an absolute pleasure it was dealing with Kim. EVERY aspect of the transaction she made it seamless and was extremely supportive and helpful. I almost started this venture without an agent but based on the advice of a friend and her referral to Kim, I decided to use her. THE BEST decision I made in the whole transaction was to use Kim as my agent. I couldn't/wouldn't have done this without her. When things got hectic, she stayed calm and provided solutions. She jumped in and help keep things moving when we ran into snags. Pretty much, whatever was needed at that time, she got it handled!
Kim was the extremely professional, efficient and friendly. There was never any pressure, just good advice, and insight into buying a home in this area. We feel like we not only had the best agent in the area but made a friend for life here too!
