For anyone who is looking for an agent and to buy a home in this area, I have included my comments from a satisfaction survey below...I think it says it all! I was considering 2 agents that were both referrals and after my initial few contacts with Kim it became imminently clear that she was the one I felt most comfortable with and wanted to deal with. Not sure where to start to verbalize what an absolute pleasure it was dealing with Kim. EVERY aspect of the transaction she made it seamless and was extremely supportive and helpful. I almost started this venture without an agent but based on the advice of a friend and her referral to Kim, I decided to use her. THE BEST decision I made in the whole transaction was to use Kim as my agent. I couldn't/wouldn't have done this without her. When things got hectic, she stayed calm and provided solutions. She jumped in and help keep things moving when we ran into snags. Pretty much, whatever was needed at that time, she got it handled! Kim was the extremely professional, efficient and friendly. There was never any pressure, just good advice, and insight into buying a home in this area. We feel like we not only had the best agent in the area but made a friend for life here too! If you are looking for an agent in Boone or Blowing Rock and surrounding areas, look no further!

She is thoughtful, resourceful and goes extra mile, above and beyond the call of duty. She understands the customer's needs. She makes the process stress free. She is always willing to work with customers. We consider her our friend.

We met Kim based on her ability to show us a house she had listed and at the same time several others in same neighborhood. Kim was a true joy the whole process. She fought for our needs and did a great job of leading the process offering valuable insight and experience along the way. I have for some time had a lower expectation of working with realtors - Kim has certainly changed my mind on that. We can't wait to list our house with her!

Kim was and still has been the best realtor we've ever worked with. My wife and I can't say enough about Kim and her kindness, thoughtfulness, caring attitude. She made us feel like we were the only ones she was working with. She answered soooo many questions and she answered them like it was the first one. She stuck with us for over a year and that just shows how much she cares. I wish we had more money to buy another house so we could use Kim again. Perfect is the one word that comes to mind when I think about my experience with Kim.

Kim was easy to work with and very helpful. We did succeed in finding the home we were looking for.
