Buyer reviewI live in Michigan and decided to invest in a property in Myrtle Beach because I fell in love with the area a few years ago. When I decided to buy, I went with a realtor that was suggested to me from Zillow. Kirk Stalvey was my man and I couldn't be more satisfied with him. Not only was the property depicted perfectly, he had a team that would eventually complete my purchase of the property from start to finish, from financing, home inspections, insurance, rental management, and turned out to be the whole package. He had an answer to every question. I pretty much bought this property site unseen and was very satisfied. Everything was presented to me perfectly and was everything I expected. I highly recommend Kirk Stalvey. He even recommended local restaurants and places to go while there. Thanks Kirk! I will be in touch when I am back in the market for another place!
