Buyer reviewWhen we decided to purchase a vacation condo in the Myrtle Beach area we asked our local C21 agent for a referral to a MB agent. We feel like we hit the jackpot when we got Kirk assigned as our agent. There are just not enough superlatives to adequately explain how pleased we are with Kirk. Having been a former agent and an agent trainer I have dealt with hundreds of agents and I can without reservations say that Kirk is one of the very best. His extensive knowledge of the area and the local real estate market is priceless. He always returns calls and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We initially traveled to MB and spent a few days with KIrk looking at properties and getting the lay of the land. We did not find the property that we were looking for on that trip but did come to trust Kirk's instincts and integrity so much that we continued our search via C21 daily email search. After about a month we found our home. Kirk handled everything remotely including all paperwork, inspections appraisals and attorneys. We can't thank Kirk enough for making this happen. He is the best!
