Buyer reviewKirk was very knowledgeable about the home buying process. He was on top of things and I trusted the advice he gave along the way. This was my first investment property and Kirk made sure I felt comfortable and made the right decision. Kirk said this unit was desirable and it a good area, we got to a comfortable number and sent it an offer. Once we closed on a Friday, the unit was listed on Monday for rent, and I had a tenant in place on Tuesday. Great overall experience I will continue to do business with Kirk and Century 21 The Harrelson Group. 5 stars for Kirk he sealed the deal.

Buyer reviewKirk did a great job for me. This was a sale of farmland and forest. The land was adjacent to my home. It was estate land sale by heirs. Property was in demand in our country setting. I wanted it because it was adjacent to my little farm. I called Century 21 the same day sign went up. Kirk helped me get contract done by me and offer of asking price to seller the next day. We had a signed contract 2 days after for sale sign went up on the land. In 30 days, we were closed. I now have deed to the 30 acres beside my house. I am happy. Thank you Kirk.
