He had superior knowledge of the area which helped me to negotiate the terms with the seller. He swiftly handled the inspection for me as time was critical in my closing. Since I lived on Long Island and work there I couldn't go back and forth. I cannot say enough good things about him. He was polite, trustworthy, knowledgeable of the area, had a good understanding of the market, communicated quickly and well, and one of the most important things to me - he was not over bearing. Kirk took care of a lot of the behind the scenes work, so the process was very seamless for me. He set me up with a great home inspector, lender, and Title service.
