We had to clear my deceased grandmother's name from title on a property transaction and we live out of town. She found answers for us and put us in connection with just the right people who could help us sort the legalities out. She handled the entire process in such a loving and caring way for my family. She really was a comfort to my grandpa in some sensitive moments and made the process smooth for him. She was even able to connect us with a title company that worked out of Lake Charles and Lafayette where we live. We were able to close in Lafayette. Mrs. Koni actually surprised us and drove all the way to Lafayette to be here in person for our closing. That meant so much to us. With Mrs. Koni, you are in the best of hands!

It was such a pleasure to have Koni Bridges guide me through the selling of my sister's house. After the inspection was done and there were a few things that needed to be repaired, Koni worked with me to find someone that could do the work. She also worked with the contractor and KJon so everything would be completed in a timely manner. It was a hard thing to sell a home I was raised in and had a life time of memories. Koni with her compassion and willingness to go the extra mile made this a good experience.
