Buyer reviewI've known Koni Bridges for many years. I spoke to her on the phone before we moved back to Lake Charles. Her knowledge of the real estate market was evident from the start. She assisted in coordinating the closing of our home here in Graywood with the closing of our home in the Dallas area. Koni was always very professional, attentive & helpful. She made purchasing a home, while living in another state, stress free. Koni had "to stand" in for us, since we were moving from Texas on the day of our closing in Lake Charles. She did the walk thru for us via FaceTime. We've moved 4 times in our 17 yrs of marriage, I would rate Koni as our best realtor experience in buying a home.

Buyer reviewMs. Koni was recommended by one of my wife's coworkers. we didn't know where to begin in the home-buying process. We are absolutely thankful that Ms. Koni was introduced to us. We were comfortable and confident because Ms. Koni was with us every step of the way. My wife is extremely picky!!! Ms. Koni never hesitated to show us a property, even if she knew deep down inside that my wife would not like it. She showed us a multitude of properties so that we could take a little from all of these properties, see what we liked, and ultimately find our dream home!! Ms. Koni had an emergency and couldn't make it to our closing, but the lady who sat in Ms. Koni's place was extremely helpful in explaining anything that we had questions about during the closing. It was a long and tedious process, but Ms. Koni was there reassuring us every step of the way. When we buy again in the future, I hope Ms. Koni is still working because we would definitely use her again!! Ms. Koni, you were amazing to us, and it is my absolute privilege to be able to fill out this survey and let everyone know what a wonderful job you do! You are amazing and we are glad to be able to say we know you!
