Buyer reviewMs. Koni was recommended by one of my wife's coworkers. we didn't know where to begin in the home-buying process. We are absolutely thankful that Ms. Koni was introduced to us. We were comfortable and confident because Ms. Koni was with us every step of the way. My wife is extremely picky!!! Ms. Koni never hesitated to show us a property, even if she knew deep down inside that my wife would not like it. She showed us a multitude of properties so that we could take a little from all of these properties, see what we liked, and ultimately find our dream home!! Ms. Koni had an emergency and couldn't make it to our closing, but the lady who sat in Ms. Koni's place was extremely helpful in explaining anything that we had questions about during the closing. It was a long and tedious process, but Ms. Koni was there reassuring us every step of the way. When we buy again in the future, I hope Ms. Koni is still working because we would definitely use her again!! Ms. Koni, you were amazing to us, and it is my absolute privilege to be able to fill out this survey and let everyone know what a wonderful job you do! You are amazing and we are glad to be able to say we know you!

She never pushed anything on us and the choices we made were always ours! She was great at communicating (even late at night when we shouldn't have been asking her questions.) She was very organized and on top of every aspect. We would recommend working with Koni!

I knew she would keep me focused on the tangible factors associated with the business of selling my home. That was very important to me. Koni Bridges was very respectful for my limited available time regarding the sell of my home. She also was helpful to the buyers to make sure they knew they were investing in a quality piece of real estate. I was never pressured into greed or hurried to make a sale. I was treated with utmost respect and patience throughout the entire sales process. Koni Bridges kept me up to date daily on all aspects of promoting the sell of my home. She was a great asset in assisting me in cleaning, repairs, and presentation to prospective buyers. I could not have asked more from her. Koni's supervisors and co-workers were very helpful in decision making and direction throughout the entire process of selling my home.

Buyer reviewHaving used Koni with a previous selling of two homes, as well as my daughter and her husband using her, there wasn't any another choice for me. Koni doesn't push, she guides and informs you and more importantly was there for me every step of the way. She knew my current situation and why moving back to Sulphur was a priority for me. She always sent me short text messages, reassuring me all would be OK and trusting her explicitly, it all did! I would recommend her, and have, to others who I know are searching for a new home or relocating for various reasons. I rated her performance with all excellent scores because she's truly the best of the best in my book! I was dealing with much more than buying a home.....my 90 year old Mother being very demanding at times, Koni made time and worked around my schedule when we could meet. She explained everything, more than once, because with everything else on my plate...there were times I just didn't quite understand the process. I always knew she was looking after/taking care of me during the entire process.
