Working with you or your family & friends on your real estate goals is my passion! I have been in this industry since I was born! My father, Robert Hubbell was a prominent Broker in the Greater Lansing Area for over 50 years. I started learning the business when I was very young, as my sister and I were always helping clean the office with him on weekends. From there I started with administrative roles after school and weekends. Then I jumped in with both feet when he started the first weekly real estate television show and technology advancements took over! During my 30 years of working for his company, I was able to learn and participate in every stage and process involved in real estate transactions. I was also able to learn the principles of owning and operating a successful business. I was fortunate to work with and for some of Lansing Michigan's most successful Realtors. This experience also taught me a lot about the ever changing economy and the effects on the business. Today, I believe that my ability to focus on my clients for the best possible experience is a result of all my years working in this industry. I promise to make communication a #1 priority with you. Buyer reviewKristen was absolutely amazing to work with! We were nervous first-time homebuyers and she guided us through every step of the process. She also advocated for us when things began to go awry, and always made sure we were treated equally and with respect. We were set to close just after the Thanksgiving holiday, in the first week of December, and Kristen was available around the clock even throughout Thanksgiving Day and weekend! Kristen always answers texts, phone calls, and emails in a timely manner and is both professional and knowledgeable in her replies. We know this is our starter home and, while we love it SO dearly, will definitely reach out to Kristen when it is time for us to upgrade within the next 5-10 years. I would recommend her to any family member or friend looking to buy or sell a home in a heartbeat! We love Kristen!

My condo was a challenge to sell due to the type of condominium it is located in, but Kristen perseverred and got it sold. My only regret is that I don't have another property to sell - she would be the ONLY agent I would use!

Seller reviewMy property is located in a "Cooperative" Condominium, but the people we had to get information on how to sell were less than "cooperative". I live in Trenton, a 2 hour drive from Okemos, so relied heavily on Kristen to get things done. She was amazing! Going over and above what any other realtor I've worked with have done. I feel, truly, that the commission she received from the sale isn't even close what she earned.... I'm almost sad that I don't have another property for her to sell! She is absolutely, positively the best realtor I've ever worked with.
