My father, Robert Hubbell was a prominent Broker in the Greater Lansing Area for over 50 years. I started learning the business when I was very young, as my sister and I were always helping clean the office with him on weekends. From there I started with administrative roles after school and weekends. Then I jumped in with both feet when he started the first weekly real estate television show and technology advancements took over! During my 30 years of working for his company, I was able to learn and participate in every stage and process involved in real estate transactions. I was also able to learn the principles of owning and operating a successful business. I was fortunate to work with and for some of Lansing Michigan's most successful Realtors. This experience also taught me a lot about the ever changing economy and the effects on the business.

My property is located in a "Cooperative" Condominium, but the people we had to get information on how to sell were less than "cooperative".
