Kristen did a fabulous job for us orchestrating the purchase and sell of a home. She couldn't have done a better job-she was so good? We bought, sold and moved in the same day in the heart of a global pandemic. Through it all she remained calm, ensured we knew what to expect and helped anticipate any obstacles to avoid issues. She even tried to hook us up with another mover when ours bailed. She also got our home that we sold into a biding war and generate more value and then did an excellent job negotiating the home inspection findings! She was very knowledgeable and knows a lot of different vendors and contractors which helps. The marketing team did a wonderful job marketing out home! From post cards, to Zillow posts, to cute little signs to show features of our home.
