Buyer reviewIf you are looking for a real estate agent, look. no further. I was referred to Kristen by a coworker a year before my hunt becamse serious. She set up a search perimeters and emailed me those listings to get a sense of the areas and range of housing options. She checked in with me every so often which I appreciated. Once my move time was confirmed and the search became serious, Kristen was all in. There wasn't a question she didn't have or couldn't find the answer for. Because I was starting a new job, she'd nudge me when needed to make sure we stayed on track for closing. She has recommendations for services and also respected my need to do the research first. I felt heard, respected, and, more so, that I could trust her.

She was very supportive and walked through everything about the selling process. I enjoyed how she was very welcoming and wanted the best for both buyers and sellers. Her compassion stood out to me and I find that to be an ideal trait when working with a realtor. Throughout my life, I have ran into many realtors, but she's one of the best realtors I have ever worked with. She was easy to communicate with and was a great listener; my wife and I felt that we built a strong familial connection with her. I wish realtors shared the same traits as Kristen.
