Buyer reviewThis was our first home and we were nervous to start the process. I saw numerous great reviews for Kirsten on several platforms, so I reached out. She was always quick at responding, realistic and knowledgeable, and kept us up to date. She helped us dive into an offer after just one day of looking at houses, and we ended up getting the first house we put an offer on! We love the house and the services Kristen provided. Everything was fast and much easier than I expected thanks to her expertise. We will refer her to our friends and family!

Buyer reviewWe knew next to nothing about the area and Kristen was very helpful navigating that. She was very on top of seeing houses quickly when we asked her to and gave very helpful insights that we wouldn't have known without being there (since we were out of state the whole time). When it came to walk throughs of the house, she had a really good eye for finding issues or blemishes that we then were able to request the builder fix before closing. She was very responsive throughout the whole process. We were very happy to be working with her!

The buyer's lender bungled some paperwork, but Kristen stayed on top of the situation and assuaged the fears of our new home sellers. Kristen works hard, is very down to earth, is extremely knowledgeable, and you definitely know she is on your team.
