Specifically to our sale, Kristen established realistic expectations while the buyers/market overdelivered when it came to offers. This is a clear result of understanding the current market and needs of buyers to establish a fair and positive selling strategy. Additionally, Kristen is always there with any questions that may come up, and has the experience around so many situations does she rarely not have the answer ready to go. My wife and I will always recommend Kristen whenever someone is looking for a new realtor!
