I am a Sioux City native, born and raised in the local area. Growing up, I was always involved with extra-curricular activities through school and church. I graduated from West High School and later attended the University of South Dakota. I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and volunteering with local organizations & charities. I am also a proud mom of three, two sons and a daughter who are all enlisted in the Air National Guard 185th Refueling Unit here in Sioux City, IA.
I am a licensed Realtor. I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income property within Sioux City, Sergeant Bluff and Dakota Dunes. I truly love this area and pride myself on my knowledge of current transactions, school districts, neighborhood information, and related services, including mortgage, insurance and inspection information.

Seller reviewKristi Armstrong was both my agent for purchasing the home when I moved to area and selling it when I moved away from area. She was extremely professional and very helpful in both purchase and sale of house, especially when we moved to area. As I was moving from a city 17 hours away on short notice, she did many video tours for me to help me view the houses even though I was not in the area. When it came to selling, she worked tirelessly to get the contract in order even with constantly changing schedules, both my wife and I's and the buyer's. She was able to wrap up the contract in little to no time at all and kept us consistently informed of even the slightest changes at a moments notice. She was actually recommended to me by a work colleague and I would not hesitate to recommend her to other people moving to the area.
