I'm an Indiana native, top-producing REALTOR, and Bloomington resident since 2008. I have a degree in economics from nearby DePauw University and obtained my real estate license in 2015. I bring a unique blend of knowledge and experience to real estate, including previous roles in new construction sales, marketing, and design.
I've met a lot of local service providers over the years from my own home remodels to helping buyers and sellers connect with trusted contractors. When I'm not working, I cherish family time with my two kids who are growing up much too fast, date nights with my husband, traveling, and staying active with our dog, Tilly. We also enjoy spending time as a family at our cabin in the woods in Nashville, IN.
I'm passionate about giving back to my community and it's a core value of my business. Through Gibbs Gives, I donate $100 from every closing to a local nonprofit chosen by my clients along with $21 to the Century 21 Scheetz Foundation, which supports individuals and families with emergency housing needs. Additionally, I proudly sponsor a variety of organizations each year including many of my kids' activities.

Buyer reviewKristi is an excellent realtor and stands out in many ways. If I had to choose her top 3 characteristics, I'd choose: professional, trustworthy, accessible, friendly, and knowledgeable. (Yes, I know that's 5 - I couldn't only choose 3!) I contacted multiple agents before choosing Kristi and she stood out to me because she listened to my needs and was positive about my timeline. She didn't think my short timeline was unrealistic for finding a home (even though I did). Not only did she think it was possible (even though others did not), but it turned out to be! I saw a house with her for the first time on March 1st then closed and started moving into the house on March 20th! Kristi made me feel comfortable and was patient with me as a first time home buyer. She answered all my questions and helped me to focus on priorities throughout the process. She provided detailed and reliable responses to all my questions and even provided insight that I would have asked about, had it not been the first time I purchased a home. I would recommend Kristi to any friend or family member.
