I'm an Indiana native, top-producing REALTOR®, and Bloomington resident since 2008. I have a degree in economics from nearby DePauw University and obtained my real estate license in 2015. I bring a unique blend of knowledge and experience to real estate, including previous roles in new construction sales, marketing, and design.
I've met a lot of local service providers over the years from my own home remodels to helping buyers and sellers connect with contractors. My extensive network benefits my clients, connecting them with the best service providers for a seamless experience. When I'm not working, I cherish family time with my two kids who are growing up much too fast, weekly date nights with my husband, traveling, and staying active with our dog, Tilly. We also enjoy spending time as a family at our cabin in the woods in Nashville, IN.
I'm passionate about giving back to my community and it's is a core value of my business. Through Gibbs Gives, I donate $100 from every closing to a local nonprofit chosen by my clients as well as $21 to the Century 21 Scheetz Foundation supporting individuals and families with emergency housing needs. I also sponsor a myriad of organizations each year including many of my kids activities.

Buyer reviewWe sold our house in the middle of the Covid pandemic and the house we were suppose to purchase backed out on us at the last minute. Kristi had helped us sell our house and was spot on helping us find something else even when we felt there were not many options at all out there. She was very available to show us things when we needed to see them and prompt at showing up when she said she would. During the financing we had some bumps in the road and she helped us work through everything including at least 5 closing delays because of lost paperwork and people changing jobs midstream at the bank! This pandemic stuff is not a fun time to do anything but she was a tremendous trooper at getting us through all the junk that kept happening. We for sure couldn't have done it without her she really knows her stuff.

She also showed great interest in what needs and wants were important to me. Throughout the homebuying process, she continued to be both proactive with communication and responsive to any questions I had. In our fast paced market, I can't imagine having to wait on a realtor response. Kristi always replied promptly and I never had anything less than a professional, friendly interaction with her. She showed me several properties before finding the right one. I never felt any pressure to make an offer or look outside my budget. When I did go under contact, she handled the flood of details and was very organized, making sure that nothing slipped through the cracks. Overall, Kristi was an excellent guide through the process, breaking down stressful stages into manageable tasks. I found a home that was exactly what I pictured when I originally described what I was looking for to Kristi and had a great first time experience.

I would refer her in a heartbeat. She is a go getter and for sure gets the job done timely, professionally and efficiently. Now on to buying a house with her and because of her professionalism feeling totally at peace with it.

As it turned out, within a month not only did it attract buyers, but we found the right buyer! Kristi is fabulous! She has been a realtor long enough to be knowledgeable about real estate in Monroe County, yet not so long that she has lost her "hunger" for the sale!
