Seller reviewWe cannot say enough great things about Kristi Matthew. We started this journey with her last year and she has been with us every step of the way. First finding us a new home and walking us through the fun and games of building a home from the ground up and then waiting for us to prepare our old home for sale. Kristi's expertise and knowledge of the area and the real estate market is phenomenal. She guided us through pricing our home so it would sell and helped us to negotiate a great contract with the buyers. Our building process has been long and at times complicated, however, with Kristi in our corner, we knew if we have a problem, we only had to give her a call. She was able to assist us with a major problem that arose with our contract with the builder and helped us to reach an amicable resolution. Now we are looking forward to moving into our beautiful new home in a couple of weeks and know that without her it would not have been possible.
