Kristi Matthew is an outstanding realtor who can get the job done. She puts her client's needs first and was always looking out for us. Her friendly demeanor and ability to cut to the main issues made the process smooth and enjoyable. She knew the area well and understood our needs. She was patient and encouraging. She was a pleasure to work with. We grew a thick file and Kristi stayed on top of everything with a level of perfection that is exemplary. She was always available and was a trouble shooter and problem solver. Despite the many bumps in the process, Kristi made the whole situation so much better. Working with Kristi was a pleasure on every level.

Kristi handed us a packet and map the first day we met her at our first house. She had all the appointments and areas of town mapped out so that we wasted no time in our journey to find our home. She was never pushy and was very knowledgeable about the area. Prior to our arrival she did lots of research and continued to send us possible matches to what we were looking for and we were able to weed out a lot of homes before we ever go to Orlando. Once we decided to build, she came to every walk, watched over the process while we were on vacation, and went to bat for us when she needed to. She went above and beyond the whole process and now consider her a personal friend. I would highly recommend her to anyone and will for sure use her again!

Being from VA, we sent our 2 sons who live in the area on a search of a property through Zillow. Kristi was the listing agent. They went over and met with a Lennar Representative and told us we needed to come down and look. We signed a contract within 5 days and the rest as they say is history! We are now enjoying living in our newly constructed home because of Kristi. Kristi was always accessible to us and communicated effectively during the entire home buying/building process. Her friendly personality allows her to provide the utmost in customer service. Again, we always felt that she had our best interest at heart and would take the necessary time and effort to get us information or resolve issues. Her knowledge and expertise in all aspects of the home buying process are exceptional. We would definitely recommend Kristi without reservation to anyone who was looking to buy or build a new home. We are very grateful and appreciative to her for her hard work, time, effort and patience with our latest experience.

Kristi isn't just a real-estate agent in winter garden Florida, she's the best one! She took our calls at just about anytime at night and focused her days and nights to find us our dream home.
