Kristin Matthew, P.A. managed the process seamlessly and was always responsive. When we hit walls, she got answers. I can't tell you how many back-and-forths she had with the Sellers, but always came through. Kristin is incredibly connected and knowledgeable about the community and the industry. We landed in an idyllic neighborhood that we absolutely love. We have 2-3 more purchases to make in the next year and I wouldn't go to anyone besides Kristin.
