She tabulated feedback from 15-20 agents…& proposed options to get the house sold. Looked at comps repeatedly & …went to see them to learn from them. Called all agents for input after showings. Worked closely with me on pricing & coordinating offers. I had great confidence in her judgement, & buffering my want to get top dollar…then, pricing it to get it sold. Excellent strategist through the offer/closing/settlement process. She thrives with a challenge, sets the right priorities, & comes up with the right answers. Kristin helped me stay confident & patient through the whole process. Always supportive & encouraging, she is such a pleasure to work with. Kristin Burns provided superb service in the marketing and sale of our home. As out-of-state owners for a property that had been rented for 15 years, Kristin understood the unique challenges of selling our home. She provided expert advice on the repairs and improvements that were needed to improve the appearance and effectively market our home. In addition to helping us determine the improvements that would provide the most "bang-for-the-buck", she also helped identify local contractors to do the work. When the house inspection identified some additional repairs necessary, Kristin contacted local contractors to do the work and managed the projects to completion. Kristin kept us up-to-date with details of each house showing as well as the status of other house sales in the local area. When we had multiple offers, Kristin helped us to finalize an offer above asking price. She also communicated directly with the VA Appraiser by providing him relevant "comps" to ensure our house would appraise at the sale price. As a result, our home sold at an historical high price for the neighborhood. We couldn't be happier with Kristin's service and would gladly provide our highest recommendation to future home-buyers. Kristin took the time to listen and work with us; we had a specific timeline that could have adversely impacted her ability to sell our home.
