Since I have worked with Kristy on multiple home buying/renting endeavors and knew she was the only and best choice for me and my family. Kristy came into my classroom to present the job of realtor at an elementary school career day. Her presentation was impressive. Her grasp of marketing through current online media was a critical component. The quality of her printed material for a home she had been the sales agent for was also a critical factor. After watching her presentation and looking through the brochure she'd included, I was sure that when I sold my house, I wanted Kristy for my realtor. Luckily, that also extended to representing us as buyers. Kristy was eager to find us the home we were looking for. She never wavered in her belief that it was out there, and we'd find it. Our home search was in a rather large area. We were interested in moving to a waterfront property in Charles, St. Mary's, or King George Counties. We also have 3 generations of residents in our home which presents unique requirements. Kristy was never at a loss when conducting this search in a wide variety of locations. Kristy was also incredibly attentive to our requests and concerns throughout the process. When all was said and done, we felt that we'd been well represented in the negotiations, throughout the inspection process, and at settlement. Kristy even had contacts for amazing contractors who were able to put the finishing touches on our new home before we moved in. Without Kristy, this would not have been possible. One constant throughout the process was Kristy's work ethic. Kristy never seems to have a time when she's off duty. We'd email her, expecting a reply within the next couple of days, especially on weekends and holidays, but she was always right on it with a knowledgeable reply. Kristy exudes many fine qualities, but the one that stands out and encompasses the rest is professionalism. Kristy knows her job and she gives 100% every day. We felt that we could trust her to represent us and that she would leave no stone unturned in the effort to find us our next home and ensure that we got it within the best possible circumstances.

Kristy was perfect for the sale of our home and then later, the purchase of our new home. We felt comfortable with her from the day she asked if we would interview her to be our agent. Kristy is highly professional and know the business. She was patient while we found "the perfect" home. I would recommend Kristy to friends in family because she cares about her customers. She doesn't just care about the sale but, that the customer gets what they need.

Let me tell you about this girl. She is the hardest worker I have ever witnessed. She isn't just trying to sell a house, she is doing everything in her power to make sure she gets the best sales price for you, sell your house quickly and make sure you have a good experience overall!
