With more than 19 years of client relationship, business development and contracts experience, Kristy Matthai Dosberg is the REALTOR® for you. After spending years selling services and products to large and small companies in the D.C. Metro area, Kristy decided to marry her passion for real estate with her well-refined marketing and negotiating skills in 2011. She was very persuasive in her opinions on the manner in which to proceed and provided me great input to help make the important decisions like when to sell, how much, Showings and the like. Kristy Matthai Dosberg, as an example put serious skin in the game when she staged my house for pictures. Her photographer was excellent and Kristy worked very hard remaking beds, folding towels, and hanging/providing pictures for the walls. I was blown away by her personal effort and the fruits of her labors were beautiful glossy booklets that could have sold the house by themselves. Kristy's personal touch was beyond compare. She went out of her way at a Elementary School sponsored event which we both attending to bring cold Kombucha to toast the closing on my home. This was wholly unexpected and greatly appreciated, the perfect personal touch.
