After spending years selling services and products to large and small companies in the D.C. Metro area, Kristy decided to marry her passion for real estate with her well-refined marketing and negotiating skills in 2011. Seller reviewKristy went above and beyond to sell our house! The house had been a rental for three years and had been very badly neglected by the renters. We had moved out of the area and asked Kristy to handle all aspects of repair and sales preparation. She contracted plumbers, painters, a floor resurfacing company, and countless other contractors to restore the home. In total, Kristy managed over $25,000 of repairs, ensured the sequencing and quality of all repairs were top notch, and handled all issues and concerns for us. The quality of her photos and marketing material is also exceptional. Ultimately, she eliminated a ton of stress from the process and quickly sold the home once all work had been completed.
