Krystal's insight into the buyers' market, her flexibility, and ongoing optomism helped greatly. She is exceptionally competent, quite personable, and a pleasure to work with. The final results were that the property was sold within the projected time frame and for more money than the final asking price! As an executor of the estate, I conducted my part of the process with Krystal from the West Coast in conjunction with my co-executor who lives near Waverly. She managed this complicated team work with aplumb. Krystal has my highest recommendation as a realtor in the area.
