Seller reviewKyle Kelley is an upfront and honest person in all that he does. When it came time to sell our house, it was an easy decision on who to go with and he did not disappoint. Kyle was on the ball with every step. He walked through our house several times and gave us feedback on what we needed to do to get it ready for to put up for sale. He came prepared to answer our many questions and walk us through our options. He was patient and clear when explaining things, while still keeping things light and friendly. He kept us updated constantly and was immediately there whenever we reached out with a question. Kyle made selling our house a simple process. I simply couldn't imagine a better agent.

Buyer reviewI can't say enough about how happy I am/was with Kyle Kelly he excelled in keeping things easy to understand and having an overall good atmosphere about him and not only when Explaining contracts and agreements But also negotiations And did so all in a timely manner and overall I had a good experience with him even through the rougher patches in the process he remained friendly polite and very helpful and I'm overly surprised to say in all my dealings with previous agents I would rate them subpar compared to Kyle Kelly in knowledge and eagerness that he showed in all aspects of our dealings and I will and even already have recommended him to family and friends

His attential to detail and ability to break things down simply and explain all options and steps throughout the process was incredible, coupled with his vast knowledge of homes and construction, he really does cover the gamut. I was also impressed with his level of responsiveness. Looking around at properties with Kyle was also very enjoyble, he really shows concern and attention to his clients best interest.
