Buyer reviewKyle Kelley has been an enormous help to us being able to acquire this home. At first I felt that there would be a conflict of interest as he was working for the seller, as well as for us, (the buyer). I could not have been more wrong. He was very professional and respectful in his duties of handling our business. Kyle was very knowledgeable in what needed done, and he did so in a timely fashion. At all times making us feel comfortable and in being so approachable even after hours. This place was not a large commission for Kyle, and yet I feel that he went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that both parties came away feeling pleased. I will definitely recommend Kyle to friends and family in the area that need help with real estate. I have also ensure him that we will use him again when the time comes to sell this house !

I recently sold my home through another agent at a competing agency and the experience with Kyle was night and day. Kyle is very polite and does a really good job of staying in contact. He is punctual and when any issues arise, he is quick to assist. Kyle is extremely professional and has a good sense of humor and makes it fun to work with him. We would highly recommend him to everyone looking for a new home! Kyle was perfect to work with. He has helped us feel excited about our move to Provo. He helped us learn everything we needed to know and is incredibly knowledgeable and smart. He goes the second mile and is willing to do lots of extra work for us and help us make this transition! This was a very difficult market to find a house in, in a short time. It's a seller's market. Kyle helped us understand the market and the value of the properties we looked at. He really listened to us and wanted to help us find the right thing for our needs. He is so positive and cheerful that you enjoy a process that could be stressful and tedious--but isn't with him helping you. There is nothing Kyle could improve on!
