My lease would be up in a month and a half and interest rates were about to increase. I needed to buy a house ASAP, but it had to be a house I really loved -- somewhere I could happily live for several years. Kyle was recommended to me by someone who had had excellent results. He told me how tirelessly Kyle worked to find him a place to live during a time when housing in his price range was scarce. Kyle found him a place that exceeded his expectations. To begin my search, I emailed Kyle and explained my situation and hoped he would deliver as he had before. Before we began to visit homes, Stephanie Steppe sent me postings of several homes in my price range and in my desired location. I would comment on each house she sent so they knew what style and size I wanted. I appreciated the preview so there weren't any surprises when we went to the homes. We went out house-hunting and actually found the perfect house at the end of the first day. Wow! Long story short, I moved into the house a week before my lease was up. I couldn't be happier and feel very thankful. I recommend Kyle and Stephanie and would use them again without hesitation.

Kyle was a very easy person to deal with. Always keeping me updated and informed. He was very kind and pleasant and devoted the time to do what needed to be done. I so appreciate him and would definiely use him again. Stephanie too! It was a smooth easy enjoyable process thanks to Kyle and Stephanie.

Kyle went above and beyond my expectations I had for a broker. Was there day and night to answer questions and concerns as well sd his knowledge of all situations that arose.
