Kylie Petty went above and beyond in helping me find a house. Over a three year period she probably showed me 2-3 dozen homes and came to understand exactly what my tastes were. Through it all she was pleasant and upbeat, professional and positive. Over time it was like she was family. She answered questions night and day and on weekends. She was always visible and available. She walked me through all of the processes and lead me when I was confused. I can not possibly express my appreciation and gratitude for Kylie Petty. She is a great agent and an even greater person. I would not be a home owner of it wasn't for Kylie Petty. Kylie was helpful when I asked for help and answered my questions. She was quick to get viewings of homes even if it was the second or third viewing of the same home. She shared her opinions with me openly and honestly. She is an active listener and pays attention to details. In a short period she came to understand my tastes and what kind of a house I was looking for. She was great with the handling of escrow and without a doubt went to bat for me when it came to negotiating prices and terms. She got me the best deal I think I could have hoped for.she was there by my side from start to finish and even afterwards. She is a class act with a charming presence and personality and is there for her clients and makes them feel important secure and well informed. Not once was I left with the feeling that I was alone or isolated on an Island. The entire journey, which was a long one, she was there to guide me. I think one would have to search high and low to find a better agent. She is simply the best...a class act all around. It is too bad all of your agents are not like Kylie. I had a little interaction with another one of your agents and the agent came off snobbish bored as if I was wasting her time. I would recommend Kylie Petty to everyone I know that is looking to buy a house. She will always get my business should I search for another home in the future.

Kylie was amazing to work with. She was so patient with us and was so good about talking through and explaining every step. We had always planned to sell our house on our own however, when it came to purchase our new house we needed to sell our current house quickly to move forward. We were using Kylie as our agent for the purchase and even though she could potentially lose out if we weren't able to move forward with the purchase she never pressured us to list our house with her instead letting us come to decision on our own. I am so happy we used Kylie for the sale- she made it so easy, she sold the house in a day and she did everything- we didn't have to stress about any part of the selling and could just focus our attention on packing and getting ready for the move.
