As my husband and I began our first home buying process, there was so much we didn't know. We were recommended Landen Miller from a friend whom we trust, so we contacted him. After our first meeting with Landen, my husband and I were convinced he was the best choice for what we were looking for. He took so much time explaining every step of the process to us, and gave us his opinion and ideas from his experience in every home we saw. We were unsure of how long it would take to find our first home, but with Landen's help and expertise, the first home we put an offer on was accepted, out of 3+ other offers! He gave such great recommendations for other professionals, such as for the inspection, and so forth. He was very quick to respond to our questions and always kept us in the loop of the progress. Landen was so personable and made us both feel very comfortable asking all questions. Our first time buying a home was so smooth and easy, which we cannot thank him enough for! I would recommend Landen to any of my friends and family without a second thought!

Landen Miller was great to work with when searching for and buying our home. This was my husband and I's first time to purchase a home and we were unfamiliar with a lot of the process. Landen took several hours of his time up front to meet with us and go over a lot of our questions before we ever started looking at homes. He explained how the process would go, took time to understand what we wanted in a home, and was great at explaining things to us. Because he cares so much to help his clients, it made us a lot more comfortable during the experience of purchasing our first home. Landen was super available to show us homes and was quick to respond to us via email and phone whenever we would reach out to him. He helped us to negotiate on our offer for our home and did a great job with getting us a great price on the sale. We were really happy with the end result and felt like he helped save us a lot of money. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling their home! His knowledge and care for the people he is working with is a 10 out of 10 and you will be glad you worked with him!!

This was our third time dealing with Landen in a short span of two years. When an unexpected job opportunity came up across the country, Landen came to the rescue. He was able to tell us where to most effectively use our limited budget of time and money to facilitate the sale of the home quickly. If I had to describe Landen in one word, it would be "Genuine". Something very important when dealing with the biggest asset in our lives is believing that the person handling the sale of that asset has your best interest at heart. That is how I felt every time when dealing with Landen. I still call Landen with questions even though we are looking for a house up in Ohio, and wish that he could still be our realtor!
