Landen was very professional and personable from start to finish. He was not pushy or aggressive but offered his assistance and ways to aid me in marketing my property from our first interaction. I tried selling the home myself for a month. During that time I spoke with a number of agents that would have liked to have gained the listing. When I decided to turn it over to a professional Landen stood out. He was patient, thorough, and immediately put his marketing plan into action. We had a contract in 11 days. He definitely lived up to his previous positive reviews and recommendations. His sincerity and integrity were very evident throughout the process. We've had a few real estate transactions and my wife and I have been in sales and service jobs ourselves. This experience was outstanding from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Landen Miller to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Landen was a great realtor who worked with our unique time crunch situation. He was able to find us a home in 45days! Not just any home but a huge house and was able to get us a new roof, and new upgraded hvac system. He negotiated the seller paying our closing costs and we couldn't be happier. Landed was always quick to respond to my calls or texts and went above and beyond to help us through this process. He has a vast knowledge of the north Fort Worth area, and made sure we weren't overpaying for our home. I would recommend Landen to anyone who is looking for a stress free home buying process. I will defiantly be using him to purchase my next home!

Our house took several months to sell, because it was large and fitted only a small percentage of buyers. Landen was never discouraged. Incidentally, he has sold every house he has ever contracted to sell! He spent a great amount of time and money on the sale of our house without hesitation. He does not have the spiel of a salesman. He is just honest and sincere about everything.

The house was actually on the market for two days with five offers, three well above the asking price.
