Working with Landen Miller at Century 21 Judge Fite far exceeded any of my expectations. As first time homebuyers, My fiancé and I were not familiar with the terminology or the best process people to involve. Right away Landen was incredibly friendly and took time to sit down with my partner and I to determine what would be a good fit for us. He has a great arsenal of resources and knowledge readily available. He was always prompt and on time to all of our scheduled showings, always has a smile on his face and is very polite. Landen was always flexible with his schedule and great at communicating. He worked with us to put together a letter to the sellers within a couple days of our first meeting. He was very helpful in explaining the entire process and really relieved our stress level even though we were on a tight timeframe. I remember Landen saying in an email, if I ever needed anything, please reach out to him. I texted Landed just before lunch time, and he said he'll stop by to check it out. He showed up, tools in hand and fixed the faucet issue, saving me some money and hassle. I highly recommend Landen Miller!
