My wife and I absolutely could not be happier with the results of working with Landen. We interviewed five other realtors before choosing him to work with. The choice was simple as he not only was professional and knowledgeable but he also presented us with a very impressive marketing strategy. Other realtors seemed to pay lip service to marketing and appeared to want to cut corners to list our home. Landen made sure our pictures, walkthrough, video (great drone work!), and layout were crisp and sleek. He personally ran our open house instead of having a different agent represent him. By the end of the weekend we had multiple offers well over asking. Throughout the process of closing he was responsive and instructive. As with anything we hit a few snags but instead of letting them hold up the process Landen quickly addressed them. Working with Landen was a pleasure. Aside from all the professional items listed above he was a genuine person and easy to get along with. Thanks again Landen!

Landen Miller has all of the skills it takes to be a top-notch realtor. He is very friendly, a good communicator, a stickler for accuracy and very knowledgeable. He did an incredible job on the sale of my Mom's home. He helped us to decide how to best present the property and guided us throughout the sales process. He helped us determine an optimum sales price based on the current market. And he is familiar with the area and local amenities. He is a hard worker and very gracious in his dealings with people. I'm an engineer, and fairly hard to impress, but Landen is a truly remarkable realtor. In fact, I've given him the contract for selling my own home also. I highly recommend him. I know he will do a great job for you. Landen has a great team working with him towards the same goals.

Landen is certainly a one in a million agent. It is not just about a transaction. He has integrity and is such a genuine honest and respectful person with your best interests in mind. The most genuine and wonderful person you could have to represent you. He was always ready to help, extremely proactive in researching potential homes for us to look at. I never felt like we were waiting on him for anything, from selection of properties to look at, dealing with agents, providing information on Home inspections, utilities, closing and the list goes on and on. If I ever have to do business in the area again he will be our only go to man for the job! Landen did not stop at closing, he followed up after move in to make sure we are doing good.

Landen was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. He helped us find the perfect house, get a great deal, and eventually move in. I say eventually because there were so many setbacks on the sellers side of things that pushed our closing back by nearly a month. Throughout all of those setbacks, he remained professional and communicated very clearly with us even when the seller hadn't given any significant updates. I would recommend Landen Miller to anyone looking to buy a house.
