Landen is very patient and not pushy at all. He was always willing to answer our millions of First Time Home Buyer questions, even ones that were not necessarily a realtors job to answer. He is also good about pointing out potential issues in homes we we toured. If we ever sell this home we will be reaching back out to him.

Landen is so easy to work with. He helped us with our first home purchase several years ago and then with the sell of that house. And then when we found the perfect house, he was right there every step of the way. He was incredibly knowledgeable and walked us through the ebbs and flow of real estate right now. Landen priced our house correctly and competitively for the market and location, which resulted in several offers over list and a quick sale. He has also been super flexible with our schedules and extremely patient with the number of houses we've asked to tour in our search.
