Seller reviewLarry always answers his phone. And if he cannot he lets you know when he is available. When emailing, or keeping in touch with the attorney's office. He always cc'd me in all communications. Everything was very clear, I had no questions or doubts about anything I was doing. My questions were always answered. He is the best. Larry is absolutely amazing!! I'm very thankful to have worked with him twice. He very clearly understood what I was looking for. And he gave me excellent advice to prepare the house for selling. I had made repairs to the wall, but had no clue what to paint them. He told me to do white. This allowed me to save some money, and the walls look spectacular when I was finished. I had a lovely garden growing in the backyard, and he even mentioned it in the bio for the house. I thought it gave it a nice homie touch.
