My fiancé and I were definitely nervous going into this since this was our first time ever purchasing a home. Before we even began to look at houses Laura suggested we meet her at her office with Andre the Lender, so they both can answer any questions we have before we even started the process of looking. That definitely meant a lot to us especially since we had no idea what to expect or what our price range would even be. It made us much more comfortable with moving forward with such a big commitment! When we began looking at houses Laura made sure to tell us what to look for in each house as we viewed them. She was always very honest on what she thought of each house we viewed and just provided us with all the information that was needed. There was also never any pressure from Laura to purchase, she was extremely patient and just gave us all the facts and let us decide. If we were interested in a house she would check if there were any offers and would make a suggestion on what she thought we should do. After looking at handful of houses we finally found the one we wanted to make an offer on and Laura was so excited for us. She let us know step by step on what to expect moving forward and made us feel as comfortable as possible. And with all her help my fiancé and I closed on our wonderful home September 30th! This whole process definitely wouldn't have been the same without Laura! She was just so supportive every step of the way and we are so grateful to her, Laura is amazing at what she does! I will be recommending Laura to everyone I know that is interested in buying a house. Everyone should be able to have a great and smooth experience when it comes to making such a huge commitment and with Laura by their side, they without a doubt will have that!
