Seller reviewLaura is very professional and knowledgeable about real estate. It was because of her advice in negotiating with the prospective buyers and their agent that enabled us to get more than the asking price for our property. There were a few obstacles encountered with the title of the property. Laura was continuously on the phone with the attorneys to straighten these out. We were kept informed of every detail as it happened. I would definitely use Laura as my agent again and would recommend her to family and friends.
