I would recommend Laura Drinkwater to anyone. She goes above and beyond for you in any case. Fights to get everything right and Is always on top of it. Very informative and sharing of info as it comes in. Extremely knowledgeable about what needs to be done and already done. How to go about getting it done. Not only is she a agent, she will become you're friend. Which is huge. Makes the experience alot more enjoyable and trusting. Would definitely use laura again.

When we decided it was time to sell our first home we knew we were going to use Laura as our agent a second time, as she made the transaction painless when we purchased it 8 years ago. It was an easy choice because not only did she guided us effectively through the process of homeownership the first time, as well as provided valuable input and insight in to the real estate market and inventory in the area, but she also took the time to stay in touch over the years. As expected we had an exceptional overall experience with Laura and Century 21 the second time around on the sale of our house. If we ever decide to sell/buy for a third time we will be using Laura again.

We have used Laura to purchase a house and sell 2 homes. Our last home was only on market for 2 days. I could not recommend a better realtor. She goes above and beyond. In my personal opinion, someone would be crazy to not want Laura as there realtor. We will always be grateful for what she has done. She is top notch.

My family worked with Laura five years ago during the purchase of our first home. Laura was exactly what I need when i needed it throughout this entire process. In the very beginning she was patient and not pushy at all as I was trying to decide what I wanted/needed in a home. She was always prompt to reply to my emails, phone calls, and text messages. If there were a 'six star' rating Laura would receive it. She is an exemplar real estate agent, and has the personal qualities to communicate effectively that one cannot learn from a textbook. My one and only experience with a real estate agent but it is difficult to see how one could improve on her delivery of her job.
