Laura's energy matched mine and she displayed confidence that she could get the job done and she did! Her priorities and like-minded thinking clinched it for me. I have high expectations of everyone I work alongside and Laura met every one of those expectations. I could not have asked for a more attentive, energetic, goal-oriented but evenly paced agent. I would think of a question and she would already have the answer ready. Laura communicated every new occurrence in a timely fashion and made herself readily available via text, email or even in person whenever my need arose. If a repair was needed, she knew exactly who could get the job done quickly at a fair price. That was a much appreciated bonus! Laura was always very friendly yet professionally appropriate.
