With her knowledge of the area, Laura was able to provide us an honest assessment of the property and gave us some advice on ways to maximize the property. When it was determined that we needed a roof, she was more than willing to obtain 3 separate quotes from reputable local roofers which I did not have the time to do. Any hurdles that came along, Laura was confident in recommending the best ways to navigate them. From start to finish, everything Laura assisted us with worked out resulting in the most money we could get for the property. I would highly recommend Laura to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home.
