My fiancé and I started this home buying process with pretty much zero understanding of how things work, and Laura not only walked up through the steps, but she made us feel involved, educated, and as competent as possible for such a monstrous task. My favorite thing about her was that she never made me feel like I was bothering her (even though I know I was at times!) She was extremely fast to respond to our questions. She also pointed out things during our walk throughs that we had no idea to look out for, which I loved. She didn't just help us find a home, she was our advocate during the entire process. I wasn't so sure about using a realtor before starting this process, but now I would NEVER consider buying or selling without one... especially if it's Laura!
