Laura Foster of CENTURY 21 Legacy

I did an online search for homes and filled out a questionarre of sorts. This I assume alerted Laura. Laura called me that day or the next day and left a voicemail. She sounded so professional, knowledgeable and confident in her voicemail. I was instantly impressed. After I had not called her back she left another voicemail a day or so later which was equally friendly and not at all pushy. I called her and I liked her immediately. She was easy to talk to and she set up showings for me immediately. She was so personable and very down to earth. My husband and I loved her! She advised me every step of the way and I used all of her recommendations and contacts for inspetion, closing, etc. She did not steer me wrong on one thing. From our very first meeting through the closing on my home it took 30 days or less! There was not one hiccup or obstacle. She made every single detail so easy for me. Although I owned houses previously that was with my exhusband who always handled everything about purchasing our homes. This time I was the one who was responsible for finding a home, getting a mortgage and working through the process and I was terrified and felt embarrassingly clueless. Laura along with the Mortgage folks she recommended and the inspector explained everything to me in terms that I understood and I had complete confidence in Laura and the people at Mortgage Investors Group. They made this such a wonderful and positive experience. There are many realtors out there but you have one of the best in Laura. She is a jewel. I will recommend her highly to anyone and everyone. Laura did a great job! She is a whiz at marketing homes to speed up interest. She was also tactful when telling us our expectations might be a little far fetched. I have referred numerous customers to her since this sale and will continue to do so! There is a reason that we have been great friends for 27 years---she is awesome!
