I have lived, raised a family and worked in the community for over 30 years. I've enjoyed many volunteer projects through Rotary, the Chamber of Commerce Business Women's Alliance, Habitat for Humanity, as well as Leadership Citrus. I truly enjoy helping buyers and sellers in commercial, residential and land sales. I know the community really well and am a great resource for what's available. We didn't end up buying that house, but since Laura was proactive, punctual, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, we were happy to give her, and C21 JW Morton, our business. We love our house and would recommend this office for good service with a smile. We'll definitely be calling on Laura for our future real estate needs as well. Overall, a very positive experience. Thank you!! Laura really went to bat for us when an attempted purchase fell through after a failed inspection and the seller tried to keep our deposit. Gratefully, we did get our money back and were only out the inspection/septic fees which was absolutely reasonable. We greatly appreciated her hard work. We really lucked out by meeting happenstance, and are so happy we did. Truly can't say enough good things about our recent purchase and working with Laura Grady. Thanks again!!
