Professional, competent, trustworthy, knowledgeable we could go on. She worked with us for a year and a half to find the house we really wanted. She was patient, kind and considerate with regard to ensuring we found the right property, or needs were met and respected. This isn't our first property, Laura wasn't our first interaction with an agent. If you don't use her to purchase and/or sell your property, could be a mistake. At they very least interview her, meet with her, you'll see.

We purchased this home while living out of state in NM. Laura was amazing! After our deal fell through with another realtor, I contacted Laura. She jumped right in and got things taken care of immediately. Without her, we would not have been able to make a deal with the seller. Was very impressed when we met Laura the first time. We knew with the house being the age it was it was not going to be a quick sale.But we felt Laura would be able to find the person perfect for this house.

This sale turned into something neither of us suspected. So many things were wrong with the house. We had no idea what we would have done without Laura. She was able to help us along every issue and resolve it quickly and professionally.

Laura's patience has to be rated top notch in dealing with my reactions to some of the info she had to pass on. And she never sugar coated it. The simple truth is what she did.

I think Laura gives 150% to her profession at all times. Specific things she has done for me above and beyond the selling are arranging the very best people for the inspections and when things go wrong always using her resources to help me. Buying and selling from the customers eyes is a very emotional and trying experience. She has a

calming effect on me if I tend to get too upset over something ( and I do ) and she shows true empathy. Most realtors I have worked with don't have that ability to understand having that quality is important to their customers. I for one really appreciate it.

Laura really went to bat for us when an attempted purchase fell through after a failed inspection and the seller tried to keep our deposit. Gratefully, we did get our money back and were only out the inspection/septic fees which was absolutely reasonable. We greatly appreciated her hard work.

We really lucked out by meeting happenstance, and are so happy we did. Truly can't say enough good things about our recent purchase and working with Laura Grady. Thanks again!!

I would definitely use Laura Grady again in the future. I dealt with her March/April 2017 when I bought the property and again when I sold it April/May 2018. She is knowledgeable about not only the laws/regulations governing buying/selling properties, but also about the local area. When buying, she lets you take your time walking through the property, not rushing you through it, and when selling, she answers any and all questions asked of her, always keeping you in the loop with the progress of the sale. She is definitely an asset to Century 21!

I had my own buyers prior to engaging Laura's services, so there was no need for the usual advertising, etc.

All your agents should strive to be like Laura - she is wonderful to work with.
