I have lived, raised a family and worked in the community for over 30 years. I've enjoyed many volunteer projects through Rotary, the Chamber of Commerce Business Women's Alliance, Habitat for Humanity, as well as Leadership Citrus. Seller reviewI would definitely use Laura Grady again in the future. I dealt with her March/April 2017 when I bought the property and again when I sold it April/May 2018. She is knowledgeable about not only the laws/regulations governing buying/selling properties, but also about the local area. When buying, she lets you take your time walking through the property, not rushing you through it, and when selling, she answers any and all questions asked of her, always keeping you in the loop with the progress of the sale. She is definitely an asset to Century 21! I had my own buyers prior to engaging Laura's services, so there was no need for the usual advertising, etc. All your agents should strive to be like Laura - she is wonderful to work with.
