She knows your concerns and she returns your calls anytime day or night. She was especially a blessing for me after losing my husband in July. Buyer reviewProfessional, competent, trustworthy, knowledgeable we could go on. She worked with us for a year and a half to find the house we really wanted. She was patient, kind and considerate with regard to ensuring we found the right property, or needs were met and respected. This isn't our first property, Laura wasn't our first interaction with an agent. If you don't use her to purchase and/or sell your property, could be a mistake. At they very least interview her, meet with her, you'll see.

Buyer reviewWe purchased this home while living out of state in NM. Laura was amazing! After our deal fell through with another realtor, I contacted Laura. She jumped right in and got things taken care of immediately. Without her, we would not have been able to make a deal with the seller. Laura is proactive, always responds in a timely manner and one of the nicest people we've ever met. No matter how many questions we asked, Laura was always gracious in answering them or finding out answers when needed.

We knew with the house being the age it was it was not going to be a quick sale.But we felt Laura would be able to find the person perfect for this house. This sale turned into something neither of us suspected. So many things were wrong with the house. We had no idea what we would have done without Laura. She was able to help us along every issue and resolve it quickly and professionally. Laura's patience has to be rated top notch in dealing with my reactions to some of the info she had to pass on. And she never sugar coated it. The simple truth is what she did. It did take longer than anticipated but she did find the perfect person for our house.
